COL-MET VS utilizes our exclusive EZ Heat & Cure Air Makeup Unit with enhanced waterborne flash-off characteristics. This Variable Speed Waterborne Flash-off System allows for precise control of air flow and speed within the booth when switching from the Spray Cycle to the higher-speed Flash-off Cycle.

• COL-MET VS offers the cleanest in-booth environment and most-efficient way to complete flash-off.
• System is controlled by twin variable-frequency drives for more consistent and accurate airflow when switching from spray cycle to flash-off cycle.
• COL-MET VS control panel includes an adjustable timer for waterborne flash-off cycle settings as required by paint suppliers, as well as a simple switch to changeover from the spray cycle to the flash-off cycle.
